Joining a fraternity can help you get acclimated to college life. Despite your preparation in high school, the challenges of attending an institution of over 5,000 students can be overwhelming. Delta Chi provides numerous resources to assist in this transition. Some of these resources include:

• Brotherhood
  
  We pride ourselves more on brotherhood than anything else. This value is the driving force for every Delta Chi brother here at Fredonia State and across the world.
• Academics
  
  The brothers here realize we are here for an education first. Currently, our Scholorship Chairman is creating new ideas to help the brothers strive for academic achievement.
• Social Functions
  
  Theme Parties such as Toga, Blacklight, Hawaiian Lo-outs ,80's, Mardi Gras are a constant here at Fredonia. All of our closed functions are paired with the sororities and other groups on campus including Sigma Kappa Sorority, Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority, Sigma Gamma Phi Sorority and The Fredonia State Dance team to name a few. We also strive to participate and plan at least one sporting event every weekend for the brothers to participate in (football, basketball, softball).
• Sports
  
  GREEK WEEK CHAMPIONS 3 years in a row!!! Delta Chi came in first place in 2001 and 2002 Greek Weeks. They were a week filled with wacky, athletic, knowledge based events. We don't plan on giving up the trophy anytime soon. Delta Chi is very involved with intramurals. We participate in Every intramural sport available at Fredonia placing in the upper rankings in each.
• Diversity
  
  Delta Chi is one of the most diverse houses on campus with brothers coming from all different backrounds. We also have brothers who major interests range from Business, Computer Science, Political Science, English, Multimedia, Biology, to Music.
• Alumni
  
  Delta Chi has a strong alumni that can help with contacts, and job offers when brothers graduate. Our Alumni Board of Trustees is headed by an one of our Founding Fathers, Mr. Joseph DeFazio II, who takes time out of his busy schedule to hear how the house is doing and makes sure the house is running smoothly.
